Leadless pacemakers have transformed cardiac pacing by eliminating transvenous leads and subcutaneous pockets, thereby reducing lead-related complications and improving patient outcomes. These devices are increasingly used in patients with atrial fibrillation, high-risk infections, limited venous access, congenital heart disease, and those requiring minimally invasive pacing solutions.
