Artificial Intelligence in Cardiac Imaging

Artificial Intelligence (AI) is transforming the field of cardiac imaging by enhancing diagnostic accuracy, improving workflow efficiency, and enabling advanced data-driven clinical decision-making. From echocardiography and cardiac CT to cardiac MRI and nuclear imaging, AI-based tools are increasingly being integrated into routine clinical practice to assist in image acquisition, interpretation, and risk stratification.

In the Case Reports and Case Series in Cardiology Journal, this section is dedicated to high-quality case reports and case series that highlight the application of AI in cardiac imaging. We welcome submissions that demonstrate the use of machine learning and deep learning algorithms in detecting cardiovascular diseases, quantifying cardiac function, identifying subtle imaging patterns, and predicting clinical outcomes.

Authors are encouraged to share real-world experiences involving AI-assisted diagnosis, innovative imaging workflows, and comparative analyses with conventional imaging techniques. Submissions focusing on challenges, limitations, ethical considerations, and future directions of AI in cardiovascular imaging are also highly valued. These reports aim to advance clinical knowledge, promote technological innovation, and support the integration of AI into modern cardiology practice.
